At Elite Private Bartenders in Chicago, bartender professionalism is important. Every bartender is trained on how to make a proper martini and any cocktail your heart desires.  We hire the best. With every bartender reservation, we provide party consulting. Our management know which size cups to buy, how much ice to get, and most importantly, how much alcohol you'll need for your guest count.  You will be assigned a member of management to help you through this process.
Also included with every reservation is a customized buy list for your beverages. This is not always needed for our more seasoned planners and clients, but can be used as a great guide to determine drinks per person and overall alcohol cost. 

Structure and Organized Process
What do I receive with my reservation?

Thank you for choosing our bartenders. You will have a bartender scheduled for your event as soon as you submit a deposit. No further action will be needed once you reserve your date. I will be scheduling everything with you and it will be a seamless process.

What Happens Next?

1. I will schedule a conference call with you about 30 days (or in a few days depending on timeline)     before the event to finalize and review all details.

2. I will send you our alcohol purchasing tool and free article with party tips.

3. I will send you an "event overview" with details about your event. Includes all staff contact            information, times, addresses, etc. Used as a cheat sheet the day before the event.
